My BizCircle No-Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing My BizCircle. Please read this No-Refund Policy carefully, as it outlines the terms under which payments made to My BizCircle are non-refundable. By subscribing to or using My BizCircle, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Refund Policy.

  1. General Policy on Refunds
  • No Refunds for Subscription Fees: All subscription fees paid to My BizCircle are non-refundable. Once a subscription has been purchased, the user is not entitled to any form of refund, reimbursement, or credit, regardless of usage or account activity.
  1. Non-Refundable Subscription Cases
  • Voluntary Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through the My BizCircle app or website. However, cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the user to a refund of any fees already paid. The subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which it will not renew.
  • Unused or Partially Used Subscriptions: If a user chooses not to use the My BizCircle app after purchasing a subscription or only uses it partially, no refund or credit will be issued for the unused portion.
  • Service Interruptions: My BizCircle strives to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the app. No refunds will be provided in the event of temporary service interruptions, technical issues, or maintenance downtime, regardless of the duration or frequency of such events.
  1. No Refunds Due to Policy Changes or Feature Modifications

My BizCircle may update its Terms of Use, modify its policies, or make changes to app features and functionality from time to time. These changes are part of our continuous improvement efforts and apply to all users.

  • Policy Updates: Any changes to My BizCircle’s policies or Terms of Use will not entitle users to a refund.
  • Feature Modifications or Removals: My BizCircle reserves the right to modify, remove, or add features to the app. Such changes do not warrant a refund of subscription fees.
  1. Account Termination or Suspension
  • Termination by My BizCircle: My BizCircle reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user’s account for violations of the Terms of Use, illegal activities, or any behavior deemed harmful to the app or other users. In such cases, the user is not entitled to a refund of any remaining subscription fees.
  • Termination by the User: If a user voluntarily terminates their account, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
  1. Business Shutdown or Service Discontinuation

In the event that My BizCircle decides to cease operations, discontinue the app, or shut down the business, no refunds will be provided to users for any unused portion of their subscription. This includes cases where My BizCircle discontinues the service due to business decisions, financial circumstances, or other factors beyond the company’s control.

  1. Final Sale on All Payments

All payments made to My BizCircle are considered final and non-refundable. By subscribing to My BizCircle, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this No-Refund Policy in its entirety.
