Welcome to BizCircle! By accessing or using the BizCircle app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Service Overview
BizCircle is a messaging app designed to facilitate communication and broadcast messages to communities. We provide the platform (“the App”) for users to connect and share content; however, we do not monitor, control, or take responsibility for the content shared by users.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content that you send, receive, or share through BizCircle, including but not limited to text, images, videos, or other media.
  • Compliance with Laws: You agree to use BizCircle in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • No Monitoring or Endorsement: We do not monitor, endorse, or control the content shared through BizCircle. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, legality, or appropriateness of any content posted or transmitted by users.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of BizCircle is at your own risk. We provide the app “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of the app.
  • Limited Liability: In no event shall BizCircle’s liability exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the past year, regardless of the cause of action.
  • No Liability for Content or Advice: BizCircle, its employees, directors, and associated companies are not responsible for any content shared by users or any damages arising from the use or misuse of such content. If you subscribe to or engage with any channels on BizCircle, you acknowledge that any reliance on advice or suggestions from these channels is solely at your discretion and risk.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BizCircle, its affiliates, employees, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

4. Technical Stability

  • No Guarantee of Stability: BizCircle does not guarantee the technical stability of the app. While we strive to provide a reliable service, users acknowledge that service interruptions may occur, and BizCircle is not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from technical issues.

5. Company Policy and Rights

  • Policy Changes: BizCircle reserves the right to modify its policies at any time. Users cannot claim any money back as a result of changes to company policy.
  • No Refunds for Operational Shutdown: In the event that BizCircle decides to shut down its operations for any reason, users will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation.

6. No Monitoring of Traffic or Usage

  • No Monitoring: We do not monitor, inspect, or log any user traffic or usage on the app. As a result, we are not responsible for any content that passes through our platform or any activities that users undertake while using BizCircle.

7. Fair and Legal Use of the Platform

  • Definition of Fair Use: Fair use of BizCircle means using the platform in a manner consistent with its intended purpose: lawful communication and community engagement. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to spamming, harassment, distribution of illegal content, promotion of violence, and any other actions that violate laws or the rights of others.
  • No Responsibility for Misuse: BizCircle is created for fair and legal usage only. We are not responsible for any misuse of the app by its users.

8. No Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but BizCircle will not process any refunds for payments already made.

9. Message Responsibility and Data Retention

  • User Responsibility for Messages: Users are solely responsible for the messages they send and the types of content shared through BizCircle. BizCircle does not endorse, review, or take responsibility for message content.
  • Data Retention Policy: BizCircle does not store data for each transaction beyond 24 hours. After this period, transaction data is deleted from our systems.

10. Cooperation with Government Agencies

  • Government Cooperation: BizCircle will cooperate fully with government agencies, law enforcement, or regulatory bodies if they request information as part of an investigation, to the extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to disclose any information we have in our possession if required by law or if we believe it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect our rights.

11. Termination and Suspension

  • Termination of Use: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BizCircle at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in illegal or harmful behavior.
  • Voluntary Termination: You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device and discontinuing use.

12. Changes to the Terms

  • Modification of Terms: We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of BizCircle after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Disclaimers

  • No Warranty: BizCircle disclaims any responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, security, or reliability of the app. We are not responsible for any harm to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that may result from your use of the app.
  • No Guarantee of Availability: We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
